We’ve been busy making your life a little easier

Based on your feedback, we’ve added a few feature enhancements to My Music Staff to make your teaching life a little easier.

Email History – My Music Staff now saves any emails that are sent and you can view them under the student details page. Just select a student from your list, and click the “Email History” tab.

Emailed Invoice Indicator – Now when you email an invoice from My Music Staff, a small green check mark will appear beside that invoice, so you know it’s been sent.

Login as Parent/Student – We’ve made it super easy to see what your students see when you give them access to My Music Staff. Select any student from your student list, and on the “Options” tab there is a button to login as the Parent or Student. This will allow you to view the parent/student portal as that person, so you can see EXACTLY what your students see when they log in. This is great if your students have a question about their interface, or if you just want to check out what they see.

Attendance on the Calendar – We’ve made it so that you can set the student attendance directly from the calendar. Now when you click an event that’s happened, there is an “Attendance” option that appears on the calendar info bubble.

Our end goal with these new changes is to make My Music Staff your number one choice when it comes to music studio management software. More updates are coming next week with some exciting changes to the calendar in the pipe, so stay tuned!
