Our development team are working their fingers to the bone writing code, testing functionality and playing leapfrog (just kidding with that last one!) We are undergoing renovations – literally in the office and figuratively in the way that My Music Staff is organized. It’s a huge undertaking and that’s why our updates are recently short and sweet.
We’re building for the future, making sure that studios and schools have room to grow with the best possible version of our studio management software!
Here are our latest improvements:
- Maximum file upload size has been increased to 2GB. A further increase will be enabled when we update our technology platform in the next 12-18 months.
- We no longer tell externally synced calendars that “All Day” events are busy. They are now considered free/available unless the Event Category for that all day event is a Blocked Date. This allows you to use “All Day” events to mark specific things (like St. Swithin’s Day) without making yourself appear unavailable all day, while still easily blocking out entire days for other fun stuff, like vacations!
- If you’re using the site on a mobile device, you’ll now get the mobile display for the tables even if you’re in landscape mode.
Did you know? Bulk invoicing now has an option to skip invoices that would display $0 owing.
