You can now easily add multiple teachers at once using a CSV or Excel file, making setup faster and more efficient than ever. Check out more updates below!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-a477a7a9\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Student Management<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Past lesson attachments now show on the Attendance History tab, because history without receipts is just gossip\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a family with both adult and child students, moving the only adult out of the family will no longer move the child&#8217;s charges with it\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assigning a group tag in Student Details was turning everything gray.\u00a0Color\u00a0has been restored.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now add up to five\u00a0additional\u00a0recipients to an email instead of the\u00a0previous\u00a0limit of four\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can no longer add two group tags with the same name, but if you already had twin group tags then\u00a0you&#8217;ll\u00a0no longer get an error when trying to use both\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Newly added students now appear\u00a0instantly,\u00a0no refresh\u00a0required. Revolutionary.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now add a payment method while creating a student. One less thing to circle back to.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student &amp; Parent login columns have been merged into one clean \u201cPortal Access\u201d column\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We added an\u00a0additional\u00a0&#8220;are you sure&#8221; warning before changing the status of a teacher or student\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Teachers &amp; Staff<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teachers can now be imported in bulk using a CSV or Excel file\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-admins can no longer save lesson note templates for that are meant for all teachers\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teachers can no longer see students they\u00a0aren\u2019t\u00a0assigned to in the Lending Library\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating a teacher with a duplicate email no longer freezes the drawer after the warning. We now panic with dignity.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-0dbeb553 gb-headline-text\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Calendar &amp; Attendance<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deleting all locations no longer removes the\u00a0option\u00a0entirely from events\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We fixed a bug where selecting &#8220;Paid at Lesson&#8221; before switching the attendance to something other than &#8220;Present&#8221; would prevent the form from working\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The email\/SMS reminder dropdown now sorts chronologically instead of alphabetically\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-27787557 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Families &amp; Invoices<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invoices no longer save the most recently used settings after an extended\u00a0period of time\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We fixed an issue that was preventing the invoice date field from resetting after generating an invoice (no more \u201cwhy does it still say Tuesday?\u201d)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecting \u201cSave &amp; Another\u201d after adding a transaction no longer carries forward the recurring charge\u00a0selection\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-736811e4 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Expenses, Revenue &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revenue &amp; Expenses report now remembers your selected payee when you repeat a report\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The New Category page in Expenses now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make-Up Credit reports now clearly distinguish between students and teachers\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make-Up Credit reports\u00a0weren&#8217;t\u00a0displaying credits that were issued outside\u00a0of taking\u00a0attendance.\u00a0They&#8217;re\u00a0showing up now.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-77176c06 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Online Booking\/Student Portal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make-up credit limits now stop\u00a0reschedules\u00a0before users go into the negatives. Math\u00a0remains\u00a0undefeated.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online booking now displays an error when\u00a0maximum\u00a0gap is set to 0, which is better than silently pretending that makes sense\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rescheduling lessons in the Student Portal was causing problems, but now students can now reschedule stress-free\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We fixed an issue that was causing the Student Portal homepage to show the incorrect date\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-388b4aea gb-headline-text\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">General\/Other<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clicking away from a multi-step form will no longer lose your progress\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overrides, including payroll &amp; lesson price, now double check whether\u00a0you&#8217;ve\u00a0added a number to the field properly (blank is not a number, nice try)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The image that displays when you have no blog posts (blog empty-state image) no longer looks like it should be clickable.
