This includes a\u00a0brand new\u00a0student\u00a0import tool that improves the way\u00a0students\u00a0are imported in bulk, as well as bug fixes,\u00a0facelifts\u00a0and other quality of life improvements!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-a477a7a9\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Student Management<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introducing our upgraded\u00a0Student\u00a0Import tool!\u00a0We\u2019ve\u00a0introduced an improved interface &amp; functionality that makes importing new\u00a0students\u00a0in bulk a breeze\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unassigned\u00a0students\u00a0would try to hide from a\u00a0Student\u00a0List search (when sorting by make-up credits), but\u00a0we&#8217;ve\u00a0tracked them down\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can no longer accidentally move a\u00a0student\u00a0from one\u00a0family\u00a0into the same\u00a0family\u00a0(logic wins)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating a new group tag while editing a\u00a0student\u00a0now allows that tag to be available right\u00a0away,\u00a0no refreshing needed!\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deleting 100+\u00a0students\u00a0was sending the system into meltdown mode. Now it handles bulk changes like a pro.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Teachers &amp; Staff<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Links from the\u00a0teacher\u00a0list Booking &amp; Availability column now appear as a slide-in window instead of a new page\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We updated the wording from &#8220;teacher&#8217;s\u00a0default price&#8221; to &#8220;initial\u00a0lesson\u00a0price&#8221; to better reflect its purpose\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The location dropdown\u00a0was being\u00a0picky\u00a0on what\u00a0teacher\/location combos it liked. It likes all combinations now.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Substitute\u00a0teachers\u00a0(that\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0have the &#8220;Manage\u00a0students\u00a0and other\u00a0teachers&#8217; lessons\/events&#8221; privilege) no longer run into errors when taking bulk attendance for their substitute\u00a0lesson\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The &#8220;Set up automatic payroll&#8221; button is now hidden for non-admins\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll is now calculated when an event is scheduled, instead of when attendance is taken\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a substitute\u00a0teacher\u00a0would affect payroll for an event, we now give you a heads up that it&#8217;s affected\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll entries are no longer\u00a0holding\u00a0out when faced with specific combinations of\u00a0student,\u00a0teacher\u00a0&amp; category\u00a0settings\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doubling the number of\u00a0teachers\u00a0available during a time slot was doubling the number of time slots available, but\u00a0we&#8217;ve\u00a0fixed the time paradox\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-0dbeb553 gb-headline-text\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Calendar &amp; Attendance<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The calendar month view got a bit of a makeover, with better scrolling and spacing (and some navigation improvements)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When saving edits to a recurring series, a prompt\u00a0appears to save\u00a0this or all future events. We updated this so that if you must dismiss a conflict warning it\u00a0doesn&#8217;t\u00a0prompt a second time. No more recurring recurrence prompts!\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bulk attendance page now shows the make-up credit amounts for all\u00a0students, regardless of whether some of the categories\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0allow credits\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating only one\u00a0student\u00a0on the bulk attendance page no longer reloads all\u00a0students\u00a0on the page (which means it loads faster)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Did you edit a default category and want to reset it back to what it was before?\u00a0We&#8217;ve\u00a0added\u00a0a &#8220;Reset to Default&#8221; button.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No party crashers allowed! Birthdays were still appearing on the calendars of\u00a0teachers\u00a0who no longer\u00a0taught\u00a0those\u00a0students.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We&#8217;ve\u00a0returned &#8220;Birthday&#8221; and &#8220;Repertoire Performance&#8221; to the calendar filter (welcome back)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We fixed some issues with quick-add\u00a0lesson\u00a0when switching\u00a0teachers\u00a0mid-set-up\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-27787557 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Families &amp; Invoices<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any payment notes made when adding a payment during a\u00a0lesson\u00a0now appear in the &#8220;Description&#8221; section in\u00a0Families\u00a0&amp; Invoices\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trying to add a $0 expense entry was causing some drama, but\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0participating\u00a0now\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoices that\u00a0didn&#8217;t\u00a0generate properly were hanging around too long, so\u00a0we&#8217;ve\u00a0allowed the ability to\u00a0delete\u00a0them\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stripe refunds were living in the wrong timeline. Now, they are automatically dated to the day of the refund instead of the day of the original transaction being refunded\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-736811e4 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Student Portal &amp; Booking<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transactions in the\u00a0Student\u00a0Portal now display the transaction type, so that\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0easier to tell the difference between payments and charges\u00a0at a glance\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The search function in the\u00a0Student\u00a0Portal calendar got a glow-up (it&#8217;s faster &amp; smarter)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Book from Calendar &amp; Book from Availability forms now let you know before publishing whether there\u00a0are\u00a0no open\u00a0lesson\u00a0slots\/no availability configured\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-77176c06 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Business Reports<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We brought individual\u00a0student\u00a0breakdowns back to the Retention Rate report (the gang&#8217;s all here)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deleted calendar categories no longer appear in the\u00a0Lessons Provided report.
