As always, we’re always looking for ways to make your life as a music teacher or studio administrator easier. Our latest feature is designed to do just that! Previously, if you had a website built outside of My Music Staff, you could only have one sign-up widget on your site. But now, you can have multiple sign-up widgets, and the best part? Each widget can automatically assign group tags when students sign up! (Don\u2019t worry, websites hosted with My Music Staff also get this!) Why is this awesome?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tailor Sign-Up Forms by Lesson Type \ud83c\udfb6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Offer piano, guitar, and voice lessons? Now, you can create a unique widget for each one! Students who sign up through the guitar widget can be automatically tagged as \u201cGuitar Prospects,\u201d while piano students get tagged as \u201cPiano Prospects.\u201d No more guessing or manually sorting\u2014just instant organization! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep Track of Multiple Locations \ud83d\udccd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you have more than one teaching location, this feature is a game-changer! Create a sign-up widget for each location\u2014like \u201cDowntown\u201d or \u201cVirtual Lessons\u201d\u2014and automatically group students by location. So easy, right? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organize by Age or Skill Level \ud83d\udc76\ud83c\udfb8\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udfa4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Need to organize different sign-up stages, like new leads, waitlisted students, or trials? Create separate sign-up widgets for each!  Each form can automatically assign a different status or group tag\u2014such as “Waitlist” or “Trial”\u2014and you can even set different deposit or registration fees for each group. This keeps everything organized and ensures you’re collecting the right info and fees for each group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
