Today we’ve made a change to My Music Staff that allows you to add fees to multiple families at once. This is a real time saver if you charge your families any sort of annual or per-semester fee.<\/p>\n
To make this work, we split the “Payments, Fees and Credits” button on the “Families & Invoices” page into to two separate options. There’s now a button for “Add Payment or Credit” which works just like it did before, and there’s a new button labelled “Add Fees”.<\/p>\n
The “Add Fees” popup allows you select multiple families (there’s also a handy shortcut to select all your active families). There are also two new options:<\/p>\n
Note that if you’re zoomed in to view the “Family Summary” page, the “Add Fee” button will only add the fee to the current family. To add a fee to multiple accounts you must be viewing the high level “Families & Invoices” page.<\/p>\n
