- Give your families a survey in person to complete at the end of their last lesson. That way, they’re more likely to actually complete the survey, and the experience is still fresh in their mind.<\/li>\n
- Lastly, why not try a good old fashioned face-to-face conversation? If you have a good relationship with a particular family, chat with them on their last day to ask about their experience. You don\u2019t even need to go through a list of questions and write down the answers,. Sometimes just an informal conversation will give you insight as to why they\u2019re leaving and what changes could be made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
