This week, we&#8217;re introducing another option to help manage make-up credits. Take a look at the full list of updates below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We&#8217;ve added the ability to set an expiry date for make-up credits. This feature is available on the <strong>Studio Settings<\/strong> page on the <strong>Policies<\/strong>\u00a0tab. Now you can set make-up credits to automatically expire a certain number of days after the absent event.\n<ul>\n<li>Only <strong>unscheduled<\/strong> make-up credits are affected.<\/li>\n<li>Make-up credits are expired once a day (Midnight local time).<\/li>\n<li>Teachers will receive a daily summary in their <strong>Notifications<\/strong> if make-up credits have expired. A summary will not generate if there are no credits expiring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;<strong>Save &amp; Next<\/strong>&#8221; attendance feature has been updated so that if the attendance was previously set (i.e. an upcoming absence was previously recorded) it won&#8217;t be overwritten.<\/li>\n<li>When adding a new student, the &#8220;<strong>Email<\/strong>&#8221; field on the secondary parent\/contact is now visible<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue with the My Music Staff hosted websites that would prevent the sign-up form (and some pages) from working correctly if non-Latin characters were used. This was particularly problematic with East Asian languages.<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue with the <strong>Custom Email Templates<\/strong> that would prevent them from being deleted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Did you know? <\/strong>We\u2019ve added two new columns to the <strong>Student Details<\/strong> page. \u201c<strong>Next Lesson<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Last Lesson<\/strong>\u201d can be found by clicking the \u201c<strong>Visible Columns<\/strong>\u201d and selecting them from the drop-down.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> If you require technical assistance please contact our support team at <a href=\"mailto:support@mymusicstaff.com\">support@mymusicstaff.com.<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey Everyone!
