This week we’re introducing some bigger and better changes to how payments and charges are recorded in My Music Staff. On the Families & Invoices page, the “Add Charge” and “Add Payment or Discount” buttons have been combined into a single<\/strong> “Add Transaction<\/strong>” button.<\/p>\n This has a number of benefits:<\/p>\n a) If you enter the wrong transaction type you can now change it to any other transaction type by editing it. In addition to a single popup\u00a0for all types of transactions, we’ve made the following improvements:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Other changes this week include:<\/p>\n For multi-teacher studios:<\/strong><\/p>\n We hope you enjoy this week\u2019s updates. Have a great week!<\/p>\n \u2013 The My Music Staff Team<\/p>\n Did you know?\u00a0<\/strong>When setting the attendance for a lesson that\u2019s marked “Make-Up Credit Required”, only the “Present, Make-Up”\u00a0option is visible for present (if the student actually has a make-up credit). This is to help prevent teachers from accidentally NOT using making credits. Make-up credits can still be used at regularly scheduled lessons if your studio works that way (no changes were made in that regard).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hi Everyone, This week we … <\/p>\n
