Check out all the\u00a0new updates\u00a0below!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-a477a7a9\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Student Management<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We cleaned up the student Bulk Actions menu &#8211; reports and status updates are now huddled together in submenus\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0Add New Student\u00a0\u00bb window has gotten a fresh new upgrade, with a smoother experience and updated slide-in window\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Skype field has been removed from student profiles (any current content\u00a0won&rsquo;t\u00a0be removed but the field will be labelled as \u00ab\u00a0Deprecated\u00a0\u00bb)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BCC email recipients were being forgotten, now everyone receives emails properly\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SMS\u00a0auto-replies\u00a0are now properly sent in response to system-generated messages.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logging out of the Student Portal will redirect students to the website saved for the studio business\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice Log summaries in the Student Portal\u00a0now update\u00a0immediately\u00a0after a new entry.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Attendance Details window now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Family Contact emails were ghosting after a new contact is added. Now it saves properly.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students added to a single-teacher studio have the teacher automatically assigned to them\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancelling and re-starting the\u00a0student\u00a0import process in a\u00a0specific was\u00a0causing errors, but\u00a0we&rsquo;ve\u00a0cleaned it up!\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Teachers &amp; Staff<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We fixed an issue that was affecting manually added payroll transactions after applying new payroll settings\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Single-teacher\u00a0accounts no longer display the redundant \u00ab\u00a0teacher\u00a0\u00bb column on the\u00a0Students\u00a0page\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll base settings\u00a0weren&rsquo;t\u00a0able to be updated on some mobile devices, but now\u00a0they&rsquo;re\u00a0totally mobile\u00a0friendly\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All-day events were appearing in the payroll settings as\u00a0occurring\u00a0at midnight. No night owls here anymore!\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When admins\u00a0have to\u00a0clarify an ambiguous payroll entry, the teachers involved\u00a0can&rsquo;t\u00a0view it yet\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teachers without the privilege of managing other students can no longer view student message history\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-0dbeb553 gb-headline-text\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Calendar &amp; Attendance<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We cleaned up an issue where calendar filters would reset after switching to windowed mode\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dragging &amp; dropping on the calendar was confusing payroll balances. We straightened it out.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you select \u201cSpecify a price per student\u201d when creating an event and leave the field blank, you are now reminded to fill in the blank (instead of causing an error)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-27787557 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Families &amp; Invoices<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0New Invoice\u00a0\u00bb window has gotten a fresh new\u00a0upgrade,\u00a0with a smoother experience and updated slide-in window\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marking an invoice as paid no longer causes the table to load twice. Once is enough.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoices can no longer have a due date set before the invoice date.\u00a0No more time\u00a0travelling\u00a0allowed.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoices with creation dates landing between March 1-9 were jumping forward a day. They no longer yearn for daylight savings time.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Send Invoice (Email) window now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When creating multiple invoices in a row, the system was carrying forward all settings including notes.\u00a0We&rsquo;ve\u00a0stopped it from doing that automatically.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now make edits to recurring charges that take place in the future\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-736811e4 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Business Settings<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can no longer put values that\u00a0don&rsquo;t\u00a0make sense into the fields for Late Fee Percentage or Fixed Amount (such as 222%)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The New API Key window now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deleting your last API key locked you out of your Webhooks like a forgotten password. Access has been restored.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We fixed an error that was preventing new business settings from saving.\u00a0It&rsquo;s\u00a0back up and running now!\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time zone field in the business profile stopped telling time.\u00a0It&rsquo;s\u00a0back.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Membership Fee Tracking window now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-77176c06 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Expenses &amp; Other Revenue<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expenses &amp; Other Revenue once again allows entering \u201c0\u201d after the recent update.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Import Expenses feature was in stealth mode. Now\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0visible again.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0Save &amp; Add Another\u00a0\u00bb option in Expenses &amp; Other Revenue was having attachment issues (the\u00a0attachments\u00a0carried forward).\u00a0It&rsquo;s\u00a0fixed now.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-388b4aea gb-headline-text\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">General\/Other<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our billing terminology got a spring cleaning (Out with Default Billing and in with Initial Student Settings)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Various radio buttons throughout My Music Staff now give you a default\u00a0option\u00a0(no more indecision)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clicking away from a multi-step form was causing unfinished forms to\u00a0submit\u00a0like an overeager intern.\u00a0It&rsquo;s\u00a0learned some patience.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile devices were being dramatic when\u00a0it\u00a0came to\u00a0tooltips with buttons. Now,\u00a0they&rsquo;re\u00a0fully cooperating on both mobile and\u00a0tablet.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Mileage Tracker\u2019s \u201cTrack My Trip\u201d button is working again is ready for another adventure\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign-up conversion tracking codes are now working as expected. Simply add your tracking code and events will automatically be generated based on your form title!\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make-up credit expiry logging has gotten a glow-up.
