We&rsquo;ve introduced some new security features, fixed some bugs, and watch out because we&rsquo;ve renamed \u00ab\u00a0My Preferences\u00a0\u00bb to \u00ab\u00a0My Profile\u00a0\u00bb!<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-a477a7a9\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Students &amp; Teachers<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can now update your teacher&rsquo;s profile &amp; settings in bulk with new bulk teacher actions!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student Portal rescheduling refused to cooperate unless the duration was \u00ab\u00a0just right\u00a0\u00bb. It&rsquo;s a lot more flexible now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a student has a negative number of make-up credits, they won&rsquo;t see the reschedule button anymore&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting teaching locations in availability has gotten a facelift! You can now choose multiple preferred locations and set them in order of preference.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Editing an attachment in the teacher profile was being temperamental, but it&rsquo;s calmed down now<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Booking Forms<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forms installed on an external website now politely scroll back to the top after submitting&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students with auto-completers were finding surprise walls in some sign-up forms. We knocked those walls down.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0Maximum advance booking time\u00a0\u00bb setting was overstepping its boundaries, sometimes applying not only to booking but to viewing, but it&rsquo;s fixed now&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-0dbeb553 gb-headline-text\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Calendar &amp; Attendance<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The columns in Day &amp; Timeline view got their headings crossed, but we straightened them out&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Editing too many things at once in a new event was causing some fields to forget what you typed, but now the goldfish memory is long gone&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-27787557 gb-headline-text\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(45, 168, 224);\">Business Settings &amp; Profile<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0My Preferences\u00a0\u00bb section in the top right corner has been renamed to \u00ab\u00a0My Profile\u00a0\u00bb&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We&rsquo;ve introduced a new security feature which can allow our support team to log you out of all devices at your request. This is helpful if you believe your password has been compromised in some way.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership receipts now name-drop exactly which plan you are signed up for&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Editing your studio logo and you accidentally click away? We&rsquo;ve saved your spot&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linking to Business Settings from the New Invoice window opens up in a new tab&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-388b4aea gb-headline-text\"><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">General\/Other<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It&rsquo;s now easier to tell from a family account whether a payment was made at a lesson or not&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the Enter key on the Repertoire page used to open the Templates menu, but now it triggers the Assign button&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our Business Reports page got a makeover and now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Reports &amp; Lesson Notes no longer support emojis\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We fixed an error that was appearing when trying to mark multiple leant items as returned at the same time&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We gave that \u201cSomething Unexpected Happened\u201d message a refreshing upgrade (refreshing the page will more often fix the problem)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Various cosmetic tweaks throughout&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<blockquote><div class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> If you have any questions or require assistance with your account, please contact our support team at <a href=\"mailto:support@mymusicstaff.com\">support@mymusicstaff.com<\/a><\/div><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November has come and gone, and that means that we have some new updates to share!
