We&rsquo;ve also given the calendar another facelift to help you see more of your lessons at once, and updated what happens when you click into a column in week or day view. All this and more in this week&rsquo;s update below:<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">New Version<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We updated the My Music Staff login page to give it a fresh, modern look! (You\u2019ll see this whether you\u2019re using the new version or the classic version, but it doesn\u2019t impact the Student Portal login widget)<\/li>\n<li>We made some additional changes to the calendar page layout on mobile to display more of the calendar on the screen (and less of the header &amp; footer!)<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve updated what happens in week &amp; day view when you click in the empty space of a specific teacher or location column \u2013 it will now display the total scheduled events or bulk actions for events in that column only<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue where events set to All Day were being cut off in week &amp; day view<\/li>\n<li>clarity once it\u2019s been 100% uploaded but is still processing)<\/li>\n<li>We renamed the Attachments column in a student\u2019s Attendance &amp; Notes tab to \u201cResources\u201d to eliminate confusion about how the files are linked (this change also applied to the Attachments field in the Attendance Details dialog)<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve added a \u201cBack to (menu)\u201d button when taking attendance for all lesson types that will return you back to the page you came from (previously this was only available when taking group lesson attendance)<\/li>\n<li>We also corrected the \u201cBack to Repertoire\u201d button which mistakenly said \u201cBack to Home\u201d!<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve removed the ability to set up an invoice late fee as $0 or 0% (this caused some confusion when you would receive a notification that families had a late fee applied, but the amount was $0)<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue where editing a piece of repertoire, then using the back button, and selecting a different piece to edit would still display the information of the first piece you were editing<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve added a small in-app message to let you know if there\u2019s no email on file when you\u2019re trying to send an invoice to a family<\/li>\n<li>The My Preferences page now automatically refreshes after adding a deleting a profile picture so you can see the change right away (we also updated the progress bar when uploading a profile pic for better<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve fixed an issue that prevented you from saving yearly recurring manual charges or discounts (clicking the Save button wouldn\u2019t do anything)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Classic Version<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We renamed \u201cStudio Settings\u201d to \u201cBusiness Settings\u201d for consistency with the new version<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue in the Student Portal calendar where some location information wasn\u2019t being displayed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> If you have any questions or require assistance with your account, please contact our support team at <a href=\"mailto:support@mymusicstaff.com\">support@mymusicstaff.com<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You&rsquo;ll notice a change when you log in to My Music Staff today&#8230; we&rsquo;ve given our login page a makeover!
