But that&rsquo;s not all&#8230; we&rsquo;ve made tweaks &amp; improvements to the new version of My Music Staff all across the board. Check out our list of updates below:<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Student Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Next Lesson &amp; Last Lesson columns are now sortable in the student list<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve added groups as an option when searching on the Students page<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue where information entered in the optional School field of the new student sign-up form wasn\u2019t displaying in the new student submission notification<\/li>\n<li>\u201cSend Student Login Email\u201d is now visible in the Messaging options when an adult student is selected<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue where Family Contacts weren\u2019t displaying in the student\u2019s profile (but they were displaying in the column in the student list)<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve updated the Message History so emails scheduled to be sent on the current day are visible (regardless of their scheduled sent time)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Calendar &amp; Attendance<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019ve introduced a new dialog under a student\u2019s Attendance &amp; Notes tab that details the lesson notes &amp; linked online resources for a specific attendance record, and displays a Show\/Hide option for files when they are viewable within the dialog (i.e. images, videos, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>We updated the overdue attendance page so you can record notes while taking overdue attendance<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue with the Attendance &amp; Notes tab in a student\u2019s profile, where only events with unrecorded attendance were displaying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">Families &amp; Invoices<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We fixed an issue with the Student field when adding a new transaction where the first option in the dropdown was blank (it now says \u201cNot Specified\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>We updated the email &amp; SMS placeholder to \u201cInvoice Amount Due\u201d instead of \u201cInvoice Amount\u201d<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve added a banner to the Families &amp; Invoices page to let you know when auto-invoicing is pending<\/li>\n<li>We updated the banner about invoices being sent so it displays within the Invoices tab rather than across the top of the page, and only displays for the correct Family Accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong style=\"color: #2da8e0;\">General\/Other<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The browser tab now displays what page you\u2019re currently on (i.e. \u201cMy Music Staff \u2013 Calendar\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve added a small in-app notification that pops up on the mobile\/tablet view when printing something (previously the printable version would try to open in a new tab and could be prevented by a pop-up blocker)<\/li>\n<li>Teacher Spaces in Online Resources are now in alphabetical order<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve updated the Lessons Taught report to include an option to group by student<\/li>\n<li>We updated the Notes field when creating a report so it\u2019s now a single line of text and is shown in the table on the main Business Reports page<\/li>\n<li>The Expenses &amp; Other Revenue chart automatically refreshes when an entry is added or deleted so the chart always displays accurate data<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue where the Balance Remaining in a teacher\u2019s payroll tab was displaying the wrong amount (it was correctly calculated in other areas)<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve hidden the option for students to email teachers from the Practice Log if that teacher doesn\u2019t have the permission set to view student email addresses<\/li>\n<li>Various grammar &amp; capitalization updates throughout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> If you have any questions or require assistance with your account, please contact our support team at <a href=\"mailto:support@mymusicstaff.com\">support@mymusicstaff.com<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week&rsquo;s update focuses on tweaks to make your growing student list easier to manage, view all the info you need at a glance, and &#8230; <\/p>\n<p class=\"read-more-container\"><a title=\"Do you remember?
