We&rsquo;ve got a few great features involving the new student sign-up form that will help with the upcoming back to school season!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve added a \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Policy Agreement<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb type to the custom Sign-Up form fields (and contact form fields). Many of you were struggling to set up your form in a way that allows you to have students agree to a policy and then also provide a link to that policy. This solves that problem.<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve improved the logic for the Sign-Up form that detects when a student already exists in your studio. It&rsquo;s now a bit more sophisticated and takes into account families as well as students for greater accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve improved the way we check email addresses on the sign-up form to reduce the chance of parents\/students typing in their email address incorrectly.<\/li>\n<li>If your My Music Staff subscription is in the same currency as your country (currently US and Canada), My Music Staff will now automatically record your membership into your <strong>Expenses &amp; Other Revenue<\/strong> section. (You can disable it and\/or change the category from the <strong>Studio Settings<\/strong> page on the <strong>Options<\/strong> tab.)<\/li>\n<li>We fixed the issue with chart and table on <strong>Expenses and Other Revenue<\/strong> which would cause it to lag if you toggled between <strong>Cash<\/strong> and <strong>Accrual<\/strong> modes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For multi-teacher studios:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you&rsquo;re an administrator, you can now see <strong>Studio Events<\/strong> from the <strong>Daily Agenda<\/strong> on the homepage.<\/li>\n<li>When a substitute teacher was assigned to an event, My Music Staff was incorrectly checking to see if the student had sufficient make-up credits with the sub (rather than the original teacher) when presenting the available attendance options. This has been fixed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Did you know? <\/strong>We\u2019ve replaced the \u201c<strong>Recent Payments<\/strong>\u201d tab on the <strong>Families &amp; Invoices page<\/strong> with a \u201c<strong>Recent Transaction<\/strong>\u201d tab.
