You&rsquo;ll notice a slightly refreshed look to our popup windows this week. This should help everyone understand what they are interacting with at a glance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We refreshed the look of the popup windows. Now you&rsquo;ll see a bit of coloring to emphasize the type of popup you&rsquo;re seeing (warning, error, settings or new\/edit).<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>Families &amp; Invoices<\/strong> page, we&rsquo;ve added a new \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Categories<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb option that enables you to <strong>create new charge categories<\/strong> (that are not tied to the calendar). This makes it easier to add a category for books or other materials that you charge families for.<\/li>\n<li>We removed the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Subtotal<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb line during the student payment process if there is no convenience fee since it was redundant.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Student Portal<\/strong>, students\/parents can now toggle between <strong>Day\/Week\/Month view<\/strong>. They&rsquo;re no longer limited to the default you selected.<\/li>\n<li>We made a number of internal changes to process auto-invoice\/auto-pay more quickly (this should be particularly noticeable around the 1st of the month when many studios choose to send theirs).<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue with the Sign-Up widget\/form that in some circumstances would allow adult students to sign up without an email address.<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue with the Student Portal \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Join Event<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb popup that could prevent the student from selecting <strong>All Events<\/strong> if it was recurring.<\/li>\n<li>If you&rsquo;re collecting credit card information from the Sign-Up widget, we fixed a minor issue that was causing some cards to incorrectly be flagged as expired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Did you know? <\/strong>If the \u201c<strong>Copy Attendance Notes<\/strong>\u201d option is turned on, the \u201c<strong>Group Note<\/strong>\u201d is now copied from the previous lesson in that recurring series.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> If you require technical assistance please contact our support team at <a href=\"mailto:support@mymusicstaff.com\">support@mymusicstaff.com.<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey Everyone!
