To the right of this text field you&rsquo;ll see a new drop-down list with current rep in it. Use the checkboxes to mark rep completed.<\/li>\n<li>The auto-invoicing feature has been updated so that invoices created automatically will be immediately marked as \u00ab\u00a0paid\u00a0\u00bb if the family has payments on or before the invoice due date (for teachers who enter payments in advance).<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>New Student<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb email that&rsquo;s sent to teachers when the sign-up form is completed now includes the parent&rsquo;s name in the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Reply-To<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb address field.<\/li>\n<li>We fixed a handful of layout issues for sites with long menus on the My Music Staff hosted websites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For multi-teacher studios:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There&rsquo;s a new option for administrators on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>My Preferences<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page to automatically <strong>filter the calendar to your own events only<\/strong>. This is helpful if you have a busy multi-teacher calendar, but wish to view your own schedule by default.<\/li>\n<li>On the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Event Details<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page, the order of the teacher&rsquo;s names is now sorted alphabetically<\/li>\n<li>On the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Teachers &amp; Administrators<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page, the teacher list is now sorted alphabetically by default<\/li>\n<li>The Payroll report now has a number of new options:\n<ol>\n<li>The report can automatically be split into separate PDFs by teacher.<\/li>\n<li>The report can optionally include a summary of deductions for each teacher broken out in the footer.<\/li>\n<li>The report can include the total number of hours worked by the teacher.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The calendar \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Clear<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb button now correctly resets the teacher (or locations) that are displayed when viewing the calendar in \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Day\/Timeline<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb view.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Did you know? \u00a0<\/strong>You can upload images directly from the email editor, and even drag and drop images into it.
