(By default this column is turned off, but you can make it visible by clicking the purple \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Visible Columns<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb button.)<\/li>\n<li>When you click the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>New Invoices<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb button on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Invoices<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb tab, the families that are selected on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Families<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb tab with check-boxes will now be preselected for invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>When emailing invoices, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>BCC Me<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb and \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Attempt Auto-pay<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb checkboxes are now \u00ab\u00a0sticky\u00a0\u00bb (so we&rsquo;ll remember your preference for the next time).<\/li>\n<li>When adding manual fees\/discounts to family accounts, inactive students can no longer be selected.<\/li>\n<li>Updated the layout of the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Sales Tax<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb options on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Add Transaction<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb popup (you&rsquo;d only see this if you have sales taxes setup in your My Music Staff account).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other changes this week:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We made two changes to the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Billable Hours<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb report related to students who pay a flat monthly rate:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>We fixed an issue that could cause the monthly revenue for students, who pay a flat monthly rate, to be included if the \u00ab\u00a0Billable Hours\u00a0\u00bb report was run up to the end of the current month.<\/li>\n<li>We changed the formatting slightly so that line items on the report, related to revenue from students who pay a flat monthly rate, are now displayed in gray to make them easier to identify.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>When editing <strong>Email Templates<\/strong> on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Studio Settings<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Back<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb button now takes you back to the Messaging tab where you came from.<\/li>\n<li>In multi-teacher studios, admins can now loan items to any student from the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Lending Library<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page.<\/li>\n<li>We adjusted the layout on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Attendance and Note<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb pages so that long non-breaking text (like URLs) don&rsquo;t cause the text to overflow the edge of the page.<\/li>\n<li>We updated the format of the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Condensed<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb invoices so that absences marked in advance are not printed as their own line items. This results in an overall cleaner looking invoice (which is what you&rsquo;re probably looking for if you use the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Condensed<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb format).<\/li>\n<li>We updated the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Lessons Taught<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb report so that inactive students are not filtered out anymore.<\/li>\n<li>We added a new \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Requested<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb repertoire status so that you can keep track of rep that students have requested to learn.<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Search<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb function on the Student page is now sticky, so if you leave the page to edit a student, and then return, your search criteria are remembered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 The My Music Staff Team<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Did you know?\u00a0<\/strong>On the calendar if an event has \u201c<strong>Make-Up Required<\/strong>\u201d turned on, the little \u201crecycling\u201d logo will appear as a visual cue that this event requires a make-up credit.
