(<strong>The limit, by the way, is 250 characters.<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>We adjusted the way the pop-up menus work on the calendar. Now if an event pop-over is showing, clicking elsewhere on the calendar will hide that pop-over. A second click will open the context menu. Confused? Don&rsquo;t be. This change just makes it feel more natural.<\/li>\n<li>We added \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Payment Type<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb (i.e. cash, check, etc.) to the list of placeholders in the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Payment Received<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb email template.<\/li>\n<li>Any event can now have the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Make-up Required<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb option set. This makes it possible to setup a private lesson as a make-up so that it doesn&rsquo;t appear on your future invoices.<\/li>\n<li>On the calendar if an event has \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Make-Up Required<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb turned on, the little \u00ab\u00a0<strong>recycling<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb logo will appear as a visual cue that this event requires a make-up credit. This change affects both the teacher and student portals.<\/li>\n<li>When a new make-up lesson is automatically created on the calendar (from a cancelled attendee), the event description is no longer copied. This prevents private information that may have been left for that individual student from becoming public information.<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Billable Hours<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb report has been updated so that students who pay a flat monthly rate are included in the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Studio Revenue<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb calculation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Multi-teacher studios:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Teacher Details<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page, the password fields now indicate if a password has already been assigned to the teacher.<\/li>\n<li>Non-admin teachers can now see \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Waiting<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb and \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Lead<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb students who are assigned to them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We hope you enjoy this week\u2019s updates.
