When this option is enabled, the charges will be listed for each student (then by date), rather than interspersing all the charges for the family. This option is located in \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Studio Settings<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Account &amp; Invoices<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb tab.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s what else is new and improved this week:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When emailing an individual invoice to a family, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Preferred Invoice Recipient<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb is now automatically selected if both parents have email addresses.<\/li>\n<li>The first\/last name fields on the student sign-up form have been clarified. Now the student info is always entered first, if it&rsquo;s a parent signing up their child, the parent name fields come second. This should make the form a bit more intuitive for new parents signing up.<\/li>\n<li>If you&rsquo;re using a My Music Staff hosted website, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Text Above Form<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb on the sign-up page is now removed once the form is submitted and just the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Thank you<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb message is displayed.<\/li>\n<li>The look and feel of the sign-up pages\u00a0on My Music Staff hosted websites has been updated to better match the theme of your site.<\/li>\n<li>The Student \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Attendance<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb report can now be filtered by event category. This allows you to only see the student&rsquo;s attendance history for a particular type of even (such as private lesson).<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Report Center<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb has been renamed \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Studio Reports<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb for clarity.<\/li>\n<li>Trip duration can now be recorded in the mileage tracker when \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Advanced Options<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb are turned on.<\/li>\n<li>If you add rep from the attendance pop-up, the duration, difficulty, genre and source book will be auto-filled too if available.<\/li>\n<li>On the home page agenda, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Rep<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb items are now clickable and will take you directly to the student rep page.<\/li>\n<li>If you print lesson notes from the attendance pop-up, rep that is marked as \u00ab\u00a0<strong>In Progress<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb is now included on the report.<\/li>\n<li>When you add an item to the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Lending Library<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, you can now immediately mark it as loaned out to a student.<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Lending Library<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page now has a \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Visible Columns<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb picker to show\/hide unneeded columns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Multi-teacher studio changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There&rsquo;s a new teacher option for hiding\/showing the teachers in the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Preferred Teacher<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb drop down list on the sign-up page.\u00a0If a teacher&rsquo;s schedule is full (or if someone is just an admin), you can use this option to hide them from the sign-up page.<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Default Lesson Price<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb column has been removed from the Student List page for teachers who do not have the view\/edit invoices privilege.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We hope you enjoy this week\u2019s updates.
