We&rsquo;re also excited to announce we&rsquo;ve added the ability to upload Student and Teacher profile pictures to My Music Staff. You can add these from the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Student Details<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>My Preferences<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page, and the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Teacher Details<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page (in multi-teacher studios).<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve redesigned the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Family<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb tab on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Student Details<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page so that it&rsquo;s cleaner and easy to navigate. With the new options we&rsquo;ve been adding lately, the layout of that page was becoming cluttered.<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve updated all the date pickers so they use your local date format instead of \u00ab\u00a0yyyy-mm-dd\u00a0\u00bb. This makes the date format used throughout My Music Staff consistent in every place.<\/li>\n<li>We updated the calendar so that it won&rsquo;t scroll back to the top after you take attendance or delete an event (if you have a long calendar and you&rsquo;ve scrolled down the page).<\/li>\n<li>We fixed the date formatting on the calendar \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Week<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb view so that it matches your local date formatting (and the \u00ab\u00a0Week\u00a0\u00bb printed report is fixed too).<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Income Forecast<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb and charts on the \u00ab\u00a0Income and Expense\u00a0\u00bb page now correctly include refunds.<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Paid<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb status on invoices now changes automatically (without a refresh) if you add a payment from a family&rsquo;s Account Summary page.<\/li>\n<li>If you post-date a payment (i.e. enter a payment today, but date it for tomorrow), that payment will now be counted towards the \u00ab\u00a0Paid\u00a0\u00bb status of invoices.<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Families &amp; Invoices<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page now includes the student&rsquo;s full names (not just their first names).<\/li>\n<li>We fixed a type-o in the \u00ab\u00a0Practice Log\u00a0\u00bb email that it sent to teachers.<\/li>\n<li>We adjusted the text on the pop-up that appears when you change a student&rsquo;s default price for clarity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We hope you enjoy this week&rsquo;s updates.
