This should make finding and navigating the items in your Download Library a little bit easier for your students and yourself. Folder access is automatically determined\u00a0by the files within that folder. View from the \u00ab\u00a0Download Library\u00a0\u00bb.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Other Changes &amp; Improvements This Week:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve optimized the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Sign-Up<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb widget so that it loads faster. This change affects studios using a website NOT hosted by My Music Staff.<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve changed the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Birthday<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb picker on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Sign-Up<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb widget so that it&rsquo;s easier to use (and it&rsquo;s now localized).<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve added a \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Skype Username<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb field to the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Student Details<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, and we&rsquo;ve added this as an optional field in the student \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Sign-Up<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page (and Sign-Up widget).<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve improved\u00a0the layout of the invoices to provide a bit more spacing between line items. This change makes long invoices easier to read.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>Expanded<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb invoice format now shows canceled lessons (absent, non-billable). Billable absences are still included as usual. \u00ab\u00a0Normal\u00a0\u00bb and \u00ab\u00a0Condensed\u00a0\u00bb invoices are unchanged.<\/li>\n<li>Now when you&rsquo;re adding\u00a0repertoire to a student, the composer, genre, duration and other fields will auto-complete based if another student in your studio is also working on the same piece.<\/li>\n<li>Now when you print a webpage from a My Music Staff hosted website, the background image is automatically hidden from the printed version.<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve enhanced the emails that teachers get when a student cancels a lesson through the student portal. Now a few sentences will be included at the end to indicate if a make-up credit was issued (or not) based on your studio cancellation policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We hope you enjoy this weeks updates!
