We hope that this will save you some time entering expenses that regularly repeat (such as rent and monthly memberships).\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_10753\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10753\" style=\"width: 290px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mymusicstaff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/recurring-expense-screenshot.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10753 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mymusicstaff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/recurring-expense-screenshot-300x213.png\" alt=\"recurring-expense-screenshot\" width=\"300\" height=\"213\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mymusicstaff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/recurring-expense-screenshot-300x213.png 300w, https:\/\/www.mymusicstaff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/recurring-expense-screenshot-1024x729.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.mymusicstaff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/recurring-expense-screenshot-768x546.png 768w, https:\/\/www.mymusicstaff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/recurring-expense-screenshot.png 1376w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-10753\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">View From The \u00ab\u00a0Add Expense\u00a0\u00bb Pop-Up Window.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li>\n<li><strong>Studio Name\/Address on Sent Email<\/strong> &#8211; This enhancement\u00a0consists of several parts:\n<ul>\n<li>Any time you send an email with My Music Staff, you can now select whether to send it from your<strong> studio name<\/strong> or your <strong>personal name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>There is a new option to specify a <strong>unique studio email<\/strong> address that&rsquo;s separate from your own. This feature is geared toward multi-teacher studios who may use a single email address for all their front-desk correspondence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lesson reminders<\/strong> can now be sent from the <strong>studio email address<\/strong>. Again, this feature is targeted toward multi-teacher studios who may wish all reminder emails to appear to come from the studio rather than the teacher. The default behavior is still to send email reminders from the teacher (so that if a student replies to that email, the teacher is the one who is notified).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Other Changes This Week<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Billable Hours<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb report now splits the student and date into separate columns in Excel\/CSV format.<\/li>\n<li>On the Calendar&rsquo;s \u00ab\u00a0<strong>New Default Lesson<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb popup, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Visibility<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb option now shows Public and Private as options (so that it&rsquo;s consistent with the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>New Event<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page).<\/li>\n<li>We fixed the student selector on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Lessons Taught<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb report. Now administrators can select all students (not just their own).<\/li>\n<li>If you add a new file to the Download Library, using the student \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Group<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb selector no longer resets the file selection you chose.<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve added a new Calendar report for multi-teacher studios that allows you to print the calendar by location. If you&rsquo;re using the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Location<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb feature in My\u00a0Music Staff to book rooms within your multi-teacher studio, this feature lets you print a calendar to post outside each room.<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Email History<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb tab on the student details page now updates automatically when you send a login email.<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Invoice<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb and \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Invoice Reminder<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb email templates now have a placeholder for a \u00ab\u00a0Pay this invoice online\u00a0\u00bb link. This allows you to embed your invoice&rsquo;s pay online link directly in the email message so that parents\/students don&rsquo;t need to open the PDF attachment.<\/li>\n<li>The email template placeholders list is now sorted alphabetically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We hope\u00a0you find this week\u2019s list of updates and changes as helpful as we do.
