This should make taking attendance significantly faster, particularly if you are using a slower Internet connection. You may still see the \u00ab\u00a0Loading&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb screen while your attendance is being saved.<\/li>\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Note<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb field has now been included in the mileage report.<\/li>\n<li>A glitch in the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Calendar<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb filter has now been fixed: If you filter by student, leave the Calendar, then return, the selected student was not shown in the filter (even though the filter was still applied). This is now working as expected.<\/li>\n<li>If you edit a recurring entry in the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Mileage<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page that uses the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Monthly<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb option, the recurring settings are now repopulated correctly.<\/li>\n<li>When emailing lesson notes to parents, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Note to Student Name:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb text will no longer be displayed if no notes to student are entered.<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve added a new \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Back to Studio Site<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb link to the main menu in the Student Portal. This will take students back to your website without forcing them to logout of their account. <strong>This menu item is only visible if you configure a website under the \u00ab\u00a0Website\u00a0\u00bb settings in your My Music Staff account.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>We fixed a layout issue on the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Mileage<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb tab of the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Studio Settings<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page.<\/li>\n<li>When editing a previous payment, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Student<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb drop down list will automatically reselect the applicable student.<\/li>\n<li>We&rsquo;ve optimized the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Expenses &amp; Other Income<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb page so that it loads faster for large studios (and adding\/editing expenses is quicker).<\/li>\n<li>If you move a lesson time, the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Reminder Sent<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb flag is automatically reset so that a reminder will be sent for the new lesson time.<\/li>\n<li>If you change the duration of an already scheduled lesson, the teacher&rsquo;s \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Payroll<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb entry will now be updated automatically (this affected multi-teacher studios who pay an hourly rate).<\/li>\n<li>On the calendar event pop-up, the full attendance description is now displayed if you hover over the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>X<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb or check mark. This allows you to see how the attendance was set without actually taking the attendance again.<\/li>\n<li>On the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Attendance<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb pop-up, you can now record a payment even if the attendance is set to \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Present, Makeup<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. This allows you to quickly record a payment even if the student is attending a makeup lesson (with no lesson charge).<\/li>\n<li>You now have the option to subscribe to our \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Weekly Updates<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb via email. Just use the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Subscribe for weekly updates via email<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb form to\u00a0the lower right of the screen and you&rsquo;ll never miss an update again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We hope\u00a0you find this week\u2019s list of updates, changes, and improvements helpful.
